About You:

  • You have a keen eye for detail throughout all aspects of your work.

  • You’re an easy-going team player who brings a positive energy to the table.

  • You’re a self-starter who can prioritize your own schedule and collaborate effectively.

  • You live in the Greater Moncton area (or are planning a move!).

  • You can explain digital strategies to clients in a clear and friendly way.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

  • Optimizing website content for SEO.

  • Managing and executing paid search campaigns (getting those clicks!).

  • Creating engaging content for social media.

  • Analyzing campaign performance and sharing insights.

  • Communicating with clients through various channels (phone, email, video, in person).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and metrics.

  • Experience with social media marketing.

  • Familiarity with WordPress (or a strong desire to learn).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You can self-manage your workload and projects, with strong organizational skills.

  • Capacity to work under pressure with deadlines, while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Bonus:

  • Graphic design skills.

  • Experience in the digital marketing world.

  • Video editing experience.

  • An eye for photography.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms.

  • Familiarity with Shopify.
